Great Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

Our family booked a Deluxe Resort View King Room for three nights. We enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, and the kids loved the large pool area. However, communication issues regarding late checkout were frustrating. For future guests, clarify any additional costs upfront to avoid surprises.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and seemed uninterested in providing basic hospitality. My kids had a terrible experience during breakfast due to the careless behavior of the personnel. it was the worst experience I've ever had in Dubai after 16 years of visiting.

I loved the lovely and spacious room with super nice views into the pool and beach area. The cleanliness here is remarkable, definitely one of the best stays I've had in Dubai. The pool is a refreshing escape. it’s cooled, so you hardly feel the summer heat. An added bonus? They pass around popsicles to help you cool off, which is a great touch! However, the changing rooms and showers in the pool area were quite a trek from the lobby. You needed to hop on a buggy for a solid ten-minute ride, which isn’t the best, especially in peak summer. But it wasn’t a deal-breaker for me. Nothing else to really complain about. the place is just lovely overall.

The stay was filled with memorable moments as the kids enjoyed the spacious pools and access to an amazing private beach. We dined at several fabulous restaurants, savoring delicious cuisine while enjoying spectacular views of the sea. The hotel offered plenty of activities, keeping everyone entertained.

The Premier Room was super comfy, felt luxurious with great seating. Loved the chill vibe and amenities. Everything you need was just a call away. Only downside was the noise. if you're near the pool, the music can get pretty loud. Overall, a great spot for relaxing, just be mindful of room location if you're looking for peace.
